ABOUT THE POSITION

Multify is not your ordinary accounting firm. For 10 years, they have specialized in helping entrepreneurs take the step to independence and today act as a complete finance department for their clients. Their heart lies in supporting entrepreneurs - with a particular expertise in dental care and the healthcare sector - with everything from ongoing bookkeeping to investment calculations and company startups.

They are now looking for a new colleague who wants to work broadly and be a central part of Multify's continued journey. The role involves working with both payroll and accounting. We are looking for someone who is either confident in both areas today, or who is skilled in one and has the drive and willingness to learn the other. At Multify, you work closely together, and you will be part of a team where you share responsibility for a common client portfolio. This means you always have a sounding board in your daily work and that you support each other as needed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

As an accounting consultant at Multify, you do everything the client needs for their daily operations to run smoothly. The focus is on relieving the entrepreneur as much as possible, which means a high degree of service and a willingness to help with everything related to the client's business - big or small.

• Ongoing bookkeeping and accounting: Managing the daily finances for a varied client portfolio in Fortnox.
• Payroll administration: Handling salaries and related issues for clients' employees.
• Year-end work: Independently preparing year-end accounts.
• Business advisory & Administration: Everything from budgeting to supporting the client in practical administrative matters - you always think one step ahead.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has experience in independently preparing year-end accounts. You possess the craft and financial security required to complete a year-end account on your own.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Has either:
• A relevant post-secondary education and at least one year of work experience in accounting or payroll.
• Or a high school education combined with at least 3-4 years of relevant work experience.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working in Fortnox.
• Experience from an accounting firm.
• Knowledge of Visma and Excel.
• Experience in both payroll and accounting.

You are a social and humble person who genuinely enjoys building relationships and are not afraid to pitch in where needed - whether it involves advising or practical administrative tasks on behalf of the client. Furthermore, you are a pronounced team player who thrives in a tight-knit team, where you are motivated by seeing opportunities and thinking one step further for both the client and Multify.
